Do you handle lines or help guests stay engaged during wait times?
Depending on the size of your wedding, we can bring additional team members to keep things running smoothly. What happens if all the hats run out early?
Occasionally, we do run out of hats due to higher-than-expected demand. Some guests may want to make more than one hat or redo their design (which happens more often than you’d think!). To avoid running short, we suggest ordering more hats than your guest count. If we run out on-site, we unfortunately can’t restock during your event — so having extras on hand ensures everyone gets the full experience.
How far can you travel?
We typically stay in the middle Tennessee region, but we can travel to any location you desire. Travel, lodging and equipment shipment would be extra.
