We can comfortably host groups of 10 – 1,000+ guests. For larger events, we can accommodate multiple waves or create custom, scalable experiences with multiple hat stations.

Do you offer on-site experiences at our office, hotel, or conference venue?

Yes! We offer mobile hat bar setups for conferences, trade shows, company parties, and offsite events. All we need is a designated area, and access to power— we bring the bar, supplies, branding elements, staff and the fun!

What’s included in a corporate hat-making experience?

Each guest receives a base hat (trucker or cowboy style), and can choose from a wide selection of patches, branding elements, feathers, pins, rhinestones, and burn designs. Our Hat Bar Stylists assist throughout the process to create a custom, take-home souvenir.

Can we brand the hats with our company logo or event theme?

Absolutely! We offer custom branded patches and hats with your company logo, slogan, or event name. Great for product launches, giveaways, or team pride.

How long does it take to make a hat?

A typical hat takes anywhere from 5 mins to 10 minutes depending on which type of hat, and level of customization. We highly recommend factoring in wait times to make each hat compared to the number of guests you plan on attending. Our hat bar will be very popular at your event.

Do you serve drinks or offer catering options?

Yes. If your event is held at our Nashville location, we can offer beverages, including beer, wine, THC drinks and themed cocktails. For mobile setups, we can coordinate with our caterer to provide a true hat bar experience.

What are the pricing options for corporate bookings?

Corporate pricing varies based on group size, location, and customization. Custom quotes are available for multi-day or branded activations.

Do you offer group discounts or team-building packages?

Yes! We have special volume pricing for groups of 500 or more.

Can this be part of a larger itinerary or event day?

Definitely. Many groups book us as part of a multi-stop experience that includes party buses, brewery tours, or conference breakouts. We really help people attract people to their convention booth! We’re happy to collaborate with your event planner or DMC.
