Do I need a reservation?

Yes, in order to guarantee you a hat bar experience, a reservation is required. Walk-ins are welcomed on certain days and times but we can not guarantee a hat bar making session without a reservation.

Do you have to be 21 years or older to participate?

No, our hat bar making experience is open to everyone of any age. We do allow guests to purchase alcoholic drinks during their hat making session. 21+ to drink.

How many people can participate?

Accepted Answer

A minimum of 6 people are required and a maximum of 18 people per session at the hat bar. If you prefer to do a private hat bar experience please contact us –Shop@honkytonkparty.com. An auto gratuity of 20% will be added to any private hat bar event.

Can we BYOB?

No, not outside food or drink is allowed. Our hat bar comes attached with a full bar for all your drink needs. We sell beer, seltzers, non – alcoholic drinks, THC drinks and champagne. Soft drinks are available as well as water or premium water.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes, we have limited parking on-site. We also have ample parking across the street at our graveled lot located at 1338 Lewis Street. There is a large sign that says Furryland with a large gravel lot. We highly suggest you Uber, or ride share to our hat bar session due to limited on site parking.

How long is each hat making session?

Each session is 90 minutes or 1.5 hours. You should plan for the entire experience to be around 3 hours between arrival and hat bar making session.

How early should I arrive?

You should plan on arriving 30 minutes before your hat bar. This is to ensure you won’t be late to your session. We have a full bar, food, music, games and shopping as well while you wait.

Will you wait for me if I’m late?

No, each hat bar is a public hat making session with other guests. We have to keep to strict timelines out of respect for the other guests. Unless you have the hat bar rented out privately then you can be late as it’s your hat bar, but know the session will end at its appropriate time, cutting short your time.

Do you do off-site hat bar experiences?

Yes, we specialize in off-site events. We are available for corporate events, birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs, sporting events, sorority functions, branding deals and activations. Contact our team for more information.

Will I be making the hat myself?

No, our dedicated hat designer will assist you in picking out the hat, the accessories and helping you style your custom hat. You style it, our team will build it for you.

Should I tip the hat designer?

Yes, our hat designers work for any and all tips. A standard gratuity is 20%. All private events will come standard with a 20% gratuity fee.

Can my group book a trucker hat bar experience and a cowboy hat bar experience at the same time?

Yes, we allow for multiple hat making sessions in one time slot. Pick your time and what activity and we’ll do the rest.

How do refunds work?

You are allowed to cancel up-to 14 days prior to your hat making session. Anything cancelled after the 14 day grace period will not be refunded. A gift card can be issued to you for a later use.

How does this work?

Your hat bar experience will start with our hat designer instructing you on how the session will go. You’ll then pick out a hat of your choice. Followed by picking out accessories to your hat. Your hat designer will assist you in styling your hat. Finally your hat will be made for you to wear out.

We offer a large variety of accessories for both your cowboy hat or your trucker hat. We also have a large seating bar so you can comfortably style and make your custom hat. Our hat bar comes equipped with a full bar, so you can sip your favorite drinks while you make your dream hat.

Yes, we are the only Nashville hat bar with a full service bar and food. Drinks range from beer to seltzers, to mixed drinks, THC drinks, nonalcoholic drinks and even champagne bottle service. Must be 21+ to drink. Food menu available upon request.

Yes, we validate your parking, but we highly encourage you use ride share or use our sister company “Honky Tonk Party Shuttle” for large group rides.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

You will receive a full refund if you cancel 14+ days prior to your scheduled route. No refunds are offered if you cancel less than 2 weeks before your tour. (However, if we are able to fill your spot with another group, we will offer a refund – the sooner we know, the more likely we will be able to fill your spot.) Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full unless we cancel the hat bar.

Do you offer food?

Yes we offer a full food menu and snacks while you make your Nashville custom trucker hat or cowboy hat. You can order at the bar when you arrive. Large Groups – we ask for advance notice for any food order.

Yes! Our Nashville hat bar is perfect for any type of Nashville bachelorette party, Nashville birthday or group event. We can do groups sizes 2–18 people per session.

Do we work with a hat stylist or staff member to help design my hat?

Yes, you will work directly with a hat stylist to create your custom trucker hat or custom cowboy hat. They will help you select the size, color or type of hat and creatively guide you through the hat making process! You are the visionary but our hat stylist will make your custom hat a reality.

Do you sell pre-made hats or only custom?

We sell pre-made trucker hats and plain cowboy hats in our boutique shop. We have a large variety of non-customized cowboy hats as well as a large variety of embroidered hats and vinyl pressed hats to select from in our hat boutique.

Do you require full payment upfront for a reservation or a deposit?

We require the full payment upfront for a reservation. We do not accept deposits at this time. Any additional add-ons to your hat, drinks, or food will be charged separately during your Nashville hat bar session.
